Dipacxon mode of action
Dipacxon (Cypermethrin) has killing effect on insects through;
- Rapidly absorbed from cuticle act on the membrane of nerve cells leading to prolonged opening of sodium channels resulting strongly disrupts the transmission of nerve impulses causing hyper-excitation of the central nervous system resulting paralysis and death.
- Affecting chloride, calcium and potassium channels.
- Alters the activity of acetylcholine and adenosine triphosphatases receptors.
- Induces DNA damage and oxidative stress in the neuronal cells.

- Dipacxon used to control beetles and house flies in feed mills.
- Dipacxon used to control red mites in layer and breeder farms.
- Dipacxon highly safe to sprayed in the presence of birds in the farm infested with insects.

- Dipacxon used for killing of ants in farm and feed mills.
Dipacxon dosage and mode of administration
For Dark Beetles control:
- 5 ml/ L/ spray on litter before removal
- 2 ml/L/ spray on the ground after litter removal
For Red mite control:
- First time : 8 ml/ L/ spray on birds
- Second time after 4 days : 5 ml/L/ spray on birds
- Third time after 4 days : 4 ml/L/ spray on birds
- Then 5 ml / L spray prophylactic every 21 days
For ant control:
- 2 ml/L/ spray
For house fly control:
- One liter Dipacxon/ 75 L water / spray
Withdrawal Period
No withdrawal time as it used externally
