I- Bio-pH act as intestinal antiseptic through 

1. Acidification of formic, acetic and propionic to the drinking water to pH 4  hat has inhibiting effects on growth and multiplication of enteric microorganisms
2. Lowering to pH of the GIT at different levels resulting inhibition of the  e. coli, Salmonella and clostridium perfringens growth.
3. Formic acid has killing effect to pathogenic bacteria as it is lipophilic organic acid attracted to wall of pathogenic bacteria and has  ability to penetrate the cell wall due to low molecular size resulting dissociation inside bacterial  cell into Proton H+  that change pH of bacterial cytoplasm and Anion COO- that has destructive effect on bacetrila DNA.
4. Copper Sulfate has antibacterial effect through its strongly combines with the intracellular S-containing amino acids, which leads to denaturation of protein and  bacteria death

II- Bio-pH inhibit the Bio-film formation in watering system and cooling Pads.

1. Bio-pH when added in to watering system, Organic acid (Formic, propionic and acetic acids) are partially dissociated to H+ and Coo- resulting lowering from 7 to 4  that has killing effect on the bacterial aggregates of bio-film
2. Bio-pH contains 1.5 % CuSo4 that used as water purifier due to its algicide, fungicide and antibacterial effect.
